dtSearch Case Study — International Fund for Animal Welfare

dtSearch Welcomes IFAW Usage

“Our IT team is very excited about how dtSearch will impact their work in this information hub, as well as usage here at headquarters and for our online marketing team.”

The International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW) works to improve the welfare of wild and domestic animals throughout the world by reducing commercial exploitation of animals, protecting wildlife habitats, and assisting animals in distress. IFAW seeks to motivate the public to prevent cruelty to animals and to promote animal welfare and conservation policies that advance the well-being of both animals and people.

"Our Guelph, Canada office is essentially a hub of information, statistics, data, etc. needed for our worldwide animal welfare campaigns," explains AJ Cady, Director of Online Campaigns and Marketing. “Our Guelph, Canada office is essentially a hub of information, statistics, data, etc. needed for our worldwide animal welfare campaigns.”

IFAW offers aid to endangered and threatened wildlife and domestic animals around the world. IFAW campaigns for animal conservation and habitat preservation, and also offers Emergency Animal Relief (Disaster Response) services. Its wildlife animal rescue conservation organization provides funds for wildlife research, makes grants to national and local animal welfare organizations, and offers many more services to help animals in distress. Saving the whales, saving the seals from slaughter, saving the elephants, and pet rescue are major focus areas for this international animal welfare organization.
